What will Max WiFi Support be offering?
MWS are offering IT support and project services to the events and venues sectors as well as hospitality and film/tv. We aim to become an outsourced IT department who understand our clients values and tech operations so we can continually improve the way they use tech.
Who is involved in Max WiFi Support?
The team is lead by our head of managed services Alex Horne who has fantastic experience in a managed service provider environment and a positive drive to meet our clients IT expectations. He is backed up by established technical, operations, business development, and finance teams.
Why did you decide to set up Max WiFi Support?
We have enhanced our technical expertise into a market where our existing clients have a need for these new services but with the customer experience we provide them already. Max WiFi have dealt with events/hospitality venues that don’t have an IT department and we can see the problems that brings. We are well situated to solve these problems and help them develop their tech use through our approachable and experienced team.

Our past experience in events and hospitality gives us a unique understanding of the demands of those worlds. We have a great knowledge of the industry and the need to solve problems effectively and against the clock.
